If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Payments will be reversed back onto the original payment method usually within 2-3 business days.

 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Perishable goods, including fresh foods and items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

     

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at ppcustom@proton.me or call 248-247-8105 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

     

  • Pantry-Pros.com reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is canceled, you will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped may not be eligible for cancellation, but you may still initiate a return once you receive the item.
